This Privacy and Cookie Statement (hereinafter: "Privacy Statement") provides information about the personal data that Our House ("'OH") processes in the context of ordering products on (the "Website").

This Privacy Statement applies to all processing of personal data referred to herein by Our House (hereinafter: “OH, “us” or “we”). Our House is located at 24 Amstelstraat in Amsterdam and registered with the Trade Register under number 81175825.

Our House respects your privacy. We handle the data you share with us with care and process it in accordance with the applicable privacy legislation.

Purposes of processing

We use your data for the following purposes:

  • To be able to offer you the Website and make it work;
  • For the execution of a purchase agreement, such as the processing of your order, the delivery and invoicing of an ordered product;

Source of acquisition                                            

We obtain the data by requesting it from you. Provision of the data is necessary for the execution of the purchase agreement that you conclude with us when you order something on the Website

The personal data you provide to OH will not be kept by OH for longer than necessary. How long this is depends on the purpose for which the data is processed.

Sharing data

We use third parties to process your data and execute the purchase agreement on our behalf. We oblige these party(ies) to act in the capacity of (sub)processor. This means that we determine the purpose and means for these processing operations and that the processor may only handle your data in accordance with our instructions and our (security) standards. We have recorded these agreements with these (sub) processor(s) in a so-called processing agreement. There is no transfer of data outside the EU.

Personal data will only be provided to supervisory authorities, tax authorities and investigative authorities if OH is legally obliged to do so.

Access, change, block and deletion of your data (rights of the data subject)

You can also (also) send us your request to exercise your rights via the contact form on the webshop with the subject: 'Execution of the rights of the data subject'. Specify in your request as much as possible which personal data your request refers to, which right you want to exercise and prove that it is also your personal data. We will process your request within one month. If the processing of your request is not successful within one month, for example because the request is very complex, we will inform you within one month of your request about the extension of our response period (by a maximum of two months).

If there are any uncertainties about your request, we can ask you additional questions about this. In that case, we can suspend the execution of your request until we have received your (further) specification. If we cannot (fully) carry out your request for deletion, because, for example, we have a legal obligation to (partially) retain your data, we will inform you about this.
